Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mother and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived the vast majority of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so extensive, she loved tests her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't leave her home’s nest till Zali provided her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and passion for cooking are to suit your needs and the entire world to taste!

In all our dishes are flavors which have created the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You normally takes a number of them back again dwelling!

We contact them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a variety of home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should get and try. These are organized by our chef or made by farmers back property. “Mouneh”is often a Lebanese tradition of preserving food items across the seasons.
