Zali may be the realization of a dream, 30 decades while in the earning... inside of a kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a family that, just like just about every other relatives on the earth, was confident that their mother’s cooking, was the very best.

Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived the vast majority of her everyday living in Lebanon. for thus long, she liked tests her possess recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't leave her household’s nest till Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and fervour for cooking are Breakfast for you personally and the world to flavor!

In all our dishes are flavors that have created the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You will take some of them back house!

We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: various do-it-yourself jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should obtain and check out. They may be prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again home. “Mouneh”is really a Lebanese tradition of preserving food across the seasons.
